This policy explains how we handle your data when you visit the Prompteam marketing website (prompteam.co). The Prompteam application (app.prompteam.co), where you create an account and manage prompts, is governed by its own in-product privacy policy.

In short: this website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Fonts and styling are self-hosted, so your visit is not shared with Google or any other third party. See our Cookie Policy for details.

1. Who we are

2. What this website collects

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Functional browser storage

We store a single preference (your monthly/annual pricing choice) in your browser's localStorage. It contains no personal data and is never transmitted to us. We do not require consent for this strictly-necessary storage. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Public content preview

Our homepage requests publicly available content from our own application API (app.prompteam.co). As with any web request, this transmits your IP address to our own servers as a technical necessity of delivering that content. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No forms

This website has no sign-up, contact, or newsletter forms. Account registration and any related processing take place in the Prompteam application under its own privacy policy.

3. Legal bases for processing

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): operating, delivering, and securing this website (server logs and public content delivery).
Contract and consent: for the Prompteam product itself (account setup, BYOK, product communications), as described in the application's own privacy policy.

4. Sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks. To run this website we rely on:

Our hosting / content-delivery provider (Vercel Inc.): serves the website and keeps technical access logs.
Our own application backend, operated by Opentunities Ltd., which serves the public content shown on the homepage.

We do not use Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other third-party tracking or advertising service on this website.

5. International data transfers

Our hosting provider may process technical data (such as access logs) on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, transfers are protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Data retention

Technical access logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and diagnostics, then deleted. The functional preference stored in your browser remains until you clear your browser storage.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@prompteam.co.
