Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately. When downgrading, you'll keep your current plan until the end of your billing period.
Your data is never deleted. If you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., you have 80 prompts and downgrade to Free which allows 40), your existing prompts are read-only until you're back within the limit or upgrade again.
Yes, the Team plan requires a minimum of 2 seats at $18/seat/month (or $180/seat/year). There's no maximum — add as many team members as you need.
PRO users get up to 5,000 AI enhancements per month, which is far beyond what any individual needs. Over 99% of PRO users never come close to this limit. It exists only to prevent automated abuse.
